GLO launches New Awoof Cheap Data plans with Huge Bonuses Despite Tariff hike

GLO Nigeria has launched new cheap and affordable data plans which they call New Awoof Day Plans, New Awoof Monthly Bundles and New GLO Cafe Special Data Bundles.

It was a pretty unhappy late February for Telecom Users in Nigeria when Telecom Providers such as MTN and Airtel increased their Data plans by 200% and 50% respectively, this came a few weeks after the Federal Government approved a 50% Tariff hike.

The data plan increase was instantly met with criticism on Social Media where frustrated Customers went to express their disappointment over the price increase on their favorite data plans.

Despite all the Tariff hike drama, Things were Calm on the GLO end of the industry, little did we know that Glo had other plans in Mind.

For Days now the GLO Café App has been Down, which had caused curiosity on my end as to what must have been going on.

Fast forward to Late night of February 28th, the GLO Café App is now back online and with the Glo New Awoof Data Plans fully active for all Users.

Although you can only buy the New Awoof Data Plans on the GLO Café App.
